Leadership Mentoring and Coaching - A Practitioner's View

I have been a senior leader in large multinational corporations and have worked effectively with senior leaders from 160+ countries. I understand working with multi-cultural teams, in complex regional and business environments and converting objectives in to outcomes. I understand well the stress these leaders face in such environments. Having lived these, I am today able to provide sound advice on how to handle such pressures. I was also on the Global Diversity and Inclusivity Council of HP and have mentored/coached Senior Directors and Vice Presidents across the world.
