I am a Leader with a track record spanning 30+ years having worked in India, London and Bahrain.  Leading large, remote, multicultural teams, developing and executing business relevant strategies and developing key talent are my core competencies.

I have worked across Industries including BFSI (Banking), Shared Services, Consulting and Education. With experience in start up situations, shutting down businesses, managing cost and profit centres, my experience is broad. Having worked closely with CEOs and their next level leaders in very large and complex multinationals, I bring a global perspective to business.

I am the Founder of Alive Consulting that is into Leadership Development, Design Thinking and Shared Service Consulting. I provide Guest Lectures, Workshops and am a Mentor to few CEOs and their next level in various companies in India and USA.

Earlier, in the role as Senior Vice President of HP’s Global Business Services, I was responsible for developing the company’s shared services strategy and its global operating model. My scope of work included managing a multi-function shared service covering finance and accounting, human resources, supply chain, order management (product and services), marketing and communications. I led a team of 18,000 people spread across 14 global centers and co-located in 58 countries including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, UK, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Romania, Bratislava, Sofia, Russia, Spain, Sweden, UAE, Egypt, Israel, India, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, Australia and Singapore, among others. 

I joined Hewlett Packard from ANZ Bank’s global back office where I was the Managing Director, responsible for managing a team of over 5000 in technology and operations.
